We kindly request that you return items in the same condition as you received them, with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that you contact us and ship the item back to us within this timeframe.

4. Exclusions: Please note that sale items are final and not eligible for returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the replacement item you wish to receive. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
